17:20. യിശ്മായേലിനെ കുറിച്ചും ഞാൻ നിന്റെ അപേക്ഷ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ അവനെ അനുഗ്രഹിച്ചു അത്യന്തം സന്താനപുഷ്ടിയുള്ളവനാക്കി വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കും. അവൻ പന്ത്രണ്ടു പ്രഭുക്കന്മാരെ ജനിപ്പിക്കും; ഞാൻ അവനെ വലിയോരു ജാതിയാക്കും.

17:20. As for Ishmael, I have heard you. I will indeed bless him, make him fruitful, and give him a multitude of descendants. He will become the father of twelve princes; I will make him into a great nation.
