31:48. ഈ കൂമ്പാരം ഇന്നു എനിക്കും നിനക്കും മദ്ധ്യേ സാക്ഷി എന്നു ലാബാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അതുകൊണ്ടു അതിന്നു ഗലേദ് എന്നും മിസ്പാ (കാവൽ മാടം) എന്നും പോരായി:

31:48. Laban said, "This pile of stones is a witness of our agreement today." That is why it was called Galeed.

31:48. Then Laban declared, "This pile of stones will stand as a witness to remind us of the covenant we have made today." This explains why it was called Galeed-- "Witness Pile."

31:48. And Laban said, This heap is witness between me and thee this day. Therefore was the name of it called Galeed:

31:48. Laban said, "This heap is a witness between you and me today." Therefore he named it Galeed,

31:48. And Laban said, This heap [is] a witness between me and thee this day. Therefore was the name of it called Galeed;

31:48. Laban said, "This heap is a witness between you and me today." Therefore he named it Galeed,

31:48. And Laban said, This heap is witness between me and thee this day. Therefore was the name of it called Galeed:

31:48. And Laban saith, `This heap [is] witness between me and thee to-day;` therefore hath he called its name Galeed;

31:48. Laban said to Jacob, "This pile of rocks will help us both remember our agreement." That is why Jacob called the place Galeed.

31:48. Laban said, "This heap is witness between me and you this day." Therefore it was named Galeed

31:48. And Laban H3837 said, H559 This H2088 heap H1530 [is] a witness H5707 between H996 me and thee this day. H3117 Therefore H5921 H3651 was the name H8034 of it called H7121 Galeed; H1567
