2:10. ഹോരോന്യനായ സൻബല്ലത്തും അമ്മോന്യനായ ദാസൻ തോബീയാവും ഇതു കേട്ടപ്പോൾ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കു ഗുണം ചെയ്‍വാൻ ഒരു ആൾ വന്നതു അവർക്കു ഏറ്റവും അനിഷ്ടമായി.

2:10. When Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah the Ammonite official heard all this, they were very displeased that someone had come to seek benefit for the Israelites.

2:10. But when Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah the Ammonite official heard of my arrival, they were very displeased that someone had come to help the people of Israel.

2:10. And when Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, heard of it, it grieved them exceedingly, for that there was come a man to seek the welfare of the children of Israel.

2:10. But when Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah, the Ammonite servant, heard this, it displeased them greatly that someone had come to seek the welfare of the people of Israel.

2:10. When Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, heard [of it,] it grieved them exceedingly that there was come a man to seek the welfare of the children of Israel.

2:10. But when Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, heard this, it displeased them greatly that some one had come to seek the welfare of the children of Israel.

2:10. And when Sanballat the Horonite, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, heard of it, it grieved them exceedingly, for that there was come a man to seek the welfare of the children of Israel.

2:10. and Sanballat the Horonite heareth, and Tobiah the servant, the Ammonite, and it is evil to them -- a great evil -- that a man hath come in to seek good for the sons of Israel.

2:10. Sanballat from Horon and Tobiah the Ammonite official heard about what I was doing. They were very upset and angry that someone had come to help the Israelites.
