30:3. യഹോവേ, നീ എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ പാതാളത്തിൽനിന്നു കരേറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ കുഴിയിൽ ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോകാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു നീ എനിക്കു ജീവരക്ഷ വരുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

30:3. O LORD, you pulled me up from Sheol; you rescued me from among those descending into the grave.

30:3. You brought me up from the grave, O LORD. You kept me from falling into the pit of death.
