11:10. നീതിമാന്മാർ ശുഭമായിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ പട്ടണം സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നു; ദുഷ്ടന്മാർ നശിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആർപ്പുവിളി ഉണ്ടാകുന്നു.

11:10. When the righteous do well, the city rejoices; when the wicked perish, there is joy.

11:10. The whole city celebrates when the godly succeed; they shout for joy when the wicked die.
