2:10. എന്റെ കണ്ണു ആഗ്രഹിച്ചതൊന്നും ഞാൻ അതിന്നു നിഷേധിച്ചില്ല; എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിന്നു ഒരു സന്തോഷവും വിലക്കിയില്ല; എന്റെ സകലപ്രയത്നവും നിമിത്തം എന്റെ ഹൃദയം സന്തോഷിച്ചു; എന്റെ സകലപ്രയത്നത്തിലും എനിക്കുണ്ടായ അനുഭവം ഇതു തന്നേ.

2:10. I did not restrain myself from getting whatever I wanted; I did not deny myself anything that would bring me pleasure. So all my accomplishments gave me joy; this was my reward for all my effort.

2:10. Anything I wanted, I would take. I denied myself no pleasure. I even found great pleasure in hard work, a reward for all my labors.

2:10. And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them; I withheld not my heart from any joy; for my heart rejoiced because of all my labor; and this was my portion from all my labor.

2:10. And whatever my eyes desired I did not keep from them. I kept my heart from no pleasure, for my heart found pleasure in all my toil, and this was my reward for all my toil.
