44:23. നിങ്ങൾ യഹോവയുടെ വാക്കു അനുസരിക്കാതെയും അവന്റെ ന്യായപ്രമാണവും ചട്ടങ്ങളും സാക്ഷ്യങ്ങളും പ്രമാണിച്ചു നടക്കാതെയും ധൂപംകാട്ടി യഹോവയോടു പാപം ചെയ്കകൊണ്ടു, ഇന്നു ഈ അനർത്ഥം നിങ്ങൾക്കു വന്നു ഭവിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

44:23. You have sacrificed to other gods! You have sinned against the LORD! You have not obeyed the LORD! You have not followed his laws, his statutes, and his decrees! That is why this disaster that is evident to this day has happened to you."

44:23. All these terrible things happened to you because you have burned incense to idols and sinned against the LORD. You have refused to obey him and have not followed his instructions, his decrees, and his laws."

44:23. Because ye have burned incense, and because ye have sinned against Jehovah, and have not obeyed the voice of Jehovah, nor walked in his law, nor in his statutes, nor in his testimonies; therefore this evil is happened unto you, as it is this day.

44:23. The reason all those bad things happened to you is because you made sacrifices to other gods. You sinned against the Lord. You didn't obey him or follow his teachings or the laws he gave you. You didn't keep your part of the agreement. "
