5:1. ന്യായം പ്രവർത്തിക്കയും വിശ്വസ്തത കാണിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ഉണ്ടോ? ഒരുത്തനെ കാണുമോ എന്നു യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ വീഥികളിൽ ചുറ്റിനടന്നു അന്വേഷിക്കയും അതിന്റെ വിശാലസ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ തിരഞ്ഞു അറികയും ചെയ്‍വിൻ; കണ്ടു എങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ അതിനോടു ക്ഷമിക്കും.

5:1. The LORD said, "Go up and down through the streets of Jerusalem. Look around and see for yourselves. Search through its public squares. See if any of you can find a single person who deals honestly and tries to be truthful. If you can, then I will not punish this city.

5:1. "Run up and down every street in Jerusalem," says the LORD. "Look high and low; search throughout the city! If you can find even one just and honest person, I will not destroy the city.

5:1. Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that doeth justly, that seeketh truth; and I will pardon her.
