17:18. അവൻ ഉടമ്പടി ലംഘിച്ചു സത്യം ധിക്കരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അവൻ കയ്യടിച്ചിട്ടും ഇതൊക്കെയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു; ആകയാൽ അവൻ ഒഴിഞ്ഞുപോകയില്ല.

17:18. He despised the oath by breaking the covenant. Take note— he gave his promise and did all these things— he will not escape!

17:18. For the king of Israel disregarded his treaty and broke it after swearing to obey; therefore, he will not escape.
