22:26. അതിലെ പുരോഹിതന്മാർ എന്റെ ന്യായപ്രമാണത്തോടു ദ്രോഹം ചെയ്തു എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധവസ്തുക്കളെ അശുദ്ധമാക്കുന്നു; അവർ ശുദ്ധവും അശുദ്ധവും തമ്മിൽ വേറുതിരിക്കുന്നില്ല; മലിനവും നിർമ്മലിനവും തമ്മിലുള്ള ഭേദം കാണിച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതുമില്ല; ഞാൻ അവരുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ അശുദ്ധനായി ഭവിക്കത്തക്കവണ്ണം അവർ എന്റെ ശബ്ബത്തുകളെ നോക്കാതെ കണ്ണു മറെച്ചുകളയുന്നു.

22:26. Her priests abuse my law and have desecrated my holy things. They do not distinguish between the holy and the profane, or recognize any distinction between the unclean and the clean. They ignore my Sabbaths and I am profaned in their midst.

22:26. Your priests have violated my instructions and defiled my holy things. They make no distinction between what is holy and what is not. And they do not teach my people the difference between what is ceremonially clean and unclean. They disregard my Sabbath days so that I am dishonored among them.

22:26. "The priests have really hurt my teachings. They don't treat my holy things right—they don't show they are important. They treat holy things the same as things that are not holy. They treat clean things like things that are unclean. They don't teach the people about these things. They refuse to respect my special days of rest. They treat me as though I am not important.
