40:5. എന്നാൽ ആലയത്തിന്നു പുറമെ ചുറ്റും ഒരു മതിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; ആ പുരുഷന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ആറു മുഴം നീളമുള്ള ഒരു അളവുദണ്ഡു ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; മുഴമോ ഒരു മുഴവും നാലു വിരലും അത്രേ; അവൻ മതിൽ അളന്നു; വീതി ഒരു ദണ്ഡു, ഉയരം ഒരു ദണ്ഡു;

40:5. I saw a wall all around the outside of the temple. In the man's hand was a measuring stick 10— feet long. He measured the thickness of the wall as 10— feet, and its height as 10— feet.

40:5. I could see a wall completely surrounding the Temple area. The man took a measuring rod that was 10-1/2 feet long and measured the wall, and the wall was 10-1/2 feet thick and 10-1/2 feet high.

40:5. And, behold, a wall on the outside of the house round about, and in the mans hand a measuring reed six cubits long, of a cubit and a handbreadth each: so he measured the thickness of the building, one reed; and the height, one reed.

40:5. And behold, there was a wall all around the outside of the temple area, and the length of the measuring reed in the man's hand was six long cubits, each being a cubit and a handbreadth in length. So he measured the thickness of the wall, one reed; and the height, one reed.

40:5. I saw a wall that went all the way around the outside of the Temple. In the man's hand there was a ruler for measuring things. It was 6 cubits long using the long measurement, so the man measured the thickness of the wall. It was one ruler thick. He measured the height of the wall. It was one ruler tall.
