2:29. രാജാവേ, ഇനിമേൽ സംഭവിപ്പാനിരിക്കുന്നതു എന്തെന്നുള്ള വിചാരം പള്ളിമെത്തയിൽവെച്ചു തിരുമനസ്സിൽ ഉണ്ടായി; രഹസ്യങ്ങളെ വെളിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവൻ സംഭവിപ്പാനിരിക്കുന്നതു അറിയിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു.

2:29. "As for you, O king, while you were in your bed your thoughts turned to future things. The revealer of mysteries has made known to you what will take place.

2:29. "While Your Majesty was sleeping, you dreamed about coming events. He who reveals secrets has shown you what is going to happen.

2:29. as for thee, O king, thy thoughts came into thy mind upon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter; and he that revealeth secrets hath made known to thee what shall come to pass.

2:29. To you, O king, as you lay in bed came thoughts of what would be after this, and he who reveals mysteries made known to you what is to be.

2:29. As for thee, O king, thy thoughts came [into thy mind] upon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter: and he that revealeth secrets maketh known to thee what shall come to pass.

2:29. Thou, O king, thy thoughts on thy bed have come up [concerning] that which [is] to be after this, and the Revealer of secrets hath caused thee to know that which [is] to be.

2:29. King, as you were lying there on your bed, you began thinking about what might happen in the future. God can tell people about secret things—he has shown you what will happen in the future.

2:29. as for you, O king, your thoughts came into your mind on your bed, what should happen hereafter; and he who reveals secrets has made known to you what shall happen.
