2:43. ഇരിമ്പും കളിമണ്ണും ഇടകലർന്നതായി കണ്ടതിന്റെ താല്പര്യമോ: അവർ മനുഷ്യബീജത്താൽ തമ്മിൽ ഇടകലരുമെങ്കിലും ഇരിമ്പും കളിമണ്ണും തമ്മിൽ ചേരാതിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ അവർ തമ്മിൽ ചേരുകയില്ല.

2:43. And in that you saw iron mixed with wet clay, so people will be mixed with one another without adhering to one another, just as iron does not mix with clay.

2:43. This mixture of iron and clay also shows that these kingdoms will try to strengthen themselves by forming alliances with each other through intermarriage. But they will not hold together, just as iron and clay do not mix.
