1:5. ഞാൻ ദമ്മേശെക്കിന്റെ ഓടാമ്പൽ തകർത്തു, ആവെൻ താഴ്വരയിൽനിന്നു നിവാസിയെയും ഏദെൻ ഗൃഹത്തിൽനിന്നു ചെങ്കോൽ പിടിക്കുന്നവനെയും ഛേദിച്ചുകളയും; അരാമ്യർ ബദ്ധന്മാരായി കീറിലേക്കു പോകേണ്ടിവരും എന്നു യഹോവ അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു.
