2:16. നിനക്കു മഹത്വംകൊണ്ടല്ല, ലജ്ജകൊണ്ടു തന്നേ പൂർത്തിവന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; നീയും കുടിക്ക; നിന്റെ അഗ്രചർമ്മം അനാവൃതമാക്കുക; യഹോവയുടെ വലങ്കയ്യിലെ പാനപാത്രം നിന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വരും; മഹത്വത്തിന്നു പകരം നിനക്കു അവമാനം ഭവിക്കും.

2:16. But you will become drunk with shame, not majesty. Now it is your turn to drink and expose your uncircumcised foreskin! The cup of wine in the LORD's right hand is coming to you, and disgrace will replace your majestic glory!

2:16. But soon it will be your turn to be disgraced. Come, drink and be exposed! Drink from the cup of the LORD's judgment, and all your glory will be turned to shame.

2:16. Thou art filled with shame, and not glory: drink thou also, and be as one uncircumcised; the cup of Jehovahs right hand shall come round unto thee, and foul shame shall be upon thy glory.

2:16. You will have your fill of shame instead of glory. Drink, yourself, and show your uncircumcision! The cup in the LORD'S right hand will come around to you, and utter shame will come upon your glory!

2:16. Thou art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and let thy foreskin be uncovered: the cup of the LORD’S right hand shall be turned unto thee, and shameful spewing [shall be] on thy glory.

2:16. You will be sated with contempt instead of glory. Drink, yourself, and stagger! The cup in the LORD's right hand will come around to you, and shame will come upon your glory!

2:16. Thou art filled with shame for glory: drink thou also, and be as one uncircumcised: the cup of the LORD-S right hand shall be turned unto thee, and foul shame shall be upon thy glory.

2:16. Thou hast been filled -- shame without honour, Drink thou also, and be uncircumcised, Turn round unto thee doth the cup of the right hand of Jehovah, And shameful spewing [is] on thine honour.

2:16. "But they will know the Lord's anger. It will be like a cup of poison in the Lord's right hand. They will taste that anger, and then they will fall to the ground like drunks. "Evil ruler, you will drink from that cup. You will get shame, not honor.

2:16. You are filled with shame, and not glory. You will also drink, and be exposed! The cup of Yahweh\'s right hand will come around to you, and disgrace will cover your glory.
