11:1. അനന്തരം ജനം യഹോവെക്കു അനിഷ്ടം തോന്നുമാറു പിറുപിറുത്തു; യഹോവ കേട്ടു അവന്റെ കോപം ജ്വലിച്ചു; യഹോവയുടെ തീ അവരുടെ ഇടയിൽ കത്തി പാളയത്തിന്റെ അറ്റങ്ങളിലുള്ളവരെ ദഹിപ്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു.

11:1. When the people complained, it displeased the LORD. When the LORD heard it, his anger burned, and so the fire of the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outer parts of the camp.

11:1. Soon the people began to complain about their hardship, and the LORD heard everything they said. Then the LORD's anger blazed against them, and he sent a fire to rage among them, and he destroyed some of the people in the outskirts of the camp.

11:1. And the people were as murmurers, speaking evil in the ears of Jehovah: and when Jehovah heard it, his anger was kindled; and the fire of Jehovah burnt among them, and devoured in the uttermost part of the camp.

11:1. And the people is evil, as those sighing habitually in the ears of Jehovah, and Jehovah heareth, and His anger burneth, and the fire of Jehovah burneth among them, and consumeth in the extremity of the camp.

11:1. The people started complaining about their troubles. The Lord heard their complaints. He heard these things and became angry. Fire from the Lord burned among the people. The fire burned some of the areas at the edge of the camp.
