12:44. ഞാൻ പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോന്ന എന്റെ വീട്ടിലേക്കു മടങ്ങിച്ചെല്ലും എന്നു അവൻ പറയുന്നു; ഉടനെ വന്നു, അതു ഒഴിഞ്ഞതും അടിച്ചുവാരി അലങ്കരിച്ചതുമായി കാണുന്നു.

12:44. Then it says, 'I will return to the home I left.' When it returns, it finds the house empty, swept clean, and put in order.

12:44. Then it says, 'I will return to the person I came from.' So it returns and finds its former home empty, swept, and in order.

12:44. Then he saith, I will return into my house whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.
