2:6. “യെഹൂദ്യദേശത്തിലെ ബേത്ത്ളേഹെമേ, നീ യെഹൂദ്യപ്രഭുക്കന്മാരിൽ ഒട്ടും ചെറുതല്ല; എന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേലിനെ മേയ്പാനുള്ള തലവൻ നിന്നിൽ നിന്നു പുറപ്പെട്ടുവരും” എന്നിങ്ങനെ പ്രവാചകൻ മുഖാന്തരം എഴുതിയിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

2:6. 'And you, Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are in no way least among the rulers of Judah, for out of you will come a ruler who will shepherd my people Israel.'"

2:6. 'And you, O Bethlehem in the land of Judah, are not least among the ruling cities of Judah, for a ruler will come from you who will be the shepherd for my people Israel.' "

2:6. And thou Bethlehem, land of Judah, Art in no wise least among the princes of Judah: For out of thee shall come forth a governor, Who shall be shepherd of my people Israel.

2:6. "' And you, O Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for from you shall come a ruler who will shepherd my people Israel.'"
