27:26. അങ്ങനെ അവൻ ബറബ്ബാസിനെ അവർക്കു വിട്ടുകൊടുത്തു, യേശുവിനെ ചമ്മട്ടി കൊണ്ടടിപ്പിച്ചു ക്രൂശിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഏല്പിച്ചു.

27:26. Then he released Barabbas for them. But after he had Jesus flogged, he handed him over to be crucified.

27:26. So Pilate released Barabbas to them. He ordered Jesus flogged with a lead-tipped whip, then turned him over to the Roman soldiers to be crucified.
