10:30. ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻ യെരൂശലേമിൽ നിന്നു യെരീഹോവിലേക്കു പോകുമ്പോൾ കള്ളന്മാരുടെ കയ്യിൽ അകപ്പെട്ടു; അവർ അവനെ വസ്ത്രം അഴിച്ചു മുറിവേല്പിച്ചു അർദ്ധപ്രാണനായി വിട്ടേച്ചു പോയി.

10:30. Jesus replied, "A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell into the hands of robbers, who stripped him, beat him up, and went off, leaving him half dead.

10:30. Jesus replied with a story: "A Jewish man was traveling on a trip from Jerusalem to Jericho, and he was attacked by bandits. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him up, and left him half dead beside the road.

10:30. Jesus made answer and said, A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho; and he fell among robbers, who both stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

10:30. And Jesus answering said, {SCJ}A certain [man] went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded [him,] and departed, leaving [him] half dead. {SCJ.}

10:30. To answer this question, Jesus said, "A man was going down the road from Jerusalem to Jericho. Some robbers surrounded him, tore off his clothes, and beat him. Then they left him lying there on the ground almost dead.
