16:14. തുയത്തൈരാപട്ടണക്കാരത്തിയും രക്താംബരം വില്ക്കുന്നവളുമായി ലുദിയ എന്നു പേരുള്ള ദൈവ ഭക്തയായോരു സ്ത്രീ കേട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു. പൌലൊസ് സംസാരിച്ചതു ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു കർത്താവു അവളുടെ ഹൃദയം തുറന്നു

16:14. A woman named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth from the city of Thyatira, a God-fearing woman, listened to us. The Lord opened her heart to respond to what Paul was saying.

16:14. One of them was Lydia from Thyatira, a merchant of expensive purple cloth, who worshiped God. As she listened to us, the Lord opened her heart, and she accepted what Paul was saying.

16:14. And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple of the city of Thyatira, one that worshipped God, heard us: whose heart the Lord opened to give heed unto the things which were spoken by Paul.

16:14. One who heard us was a woman named Lydia, from the city of Thyatira, a seller of purple goods, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to pay attention to what was said by Paul.

16:14. And a certain woman named Lydia, a seller of purple, of the city of Thyatira, which worshipped God, heard [us:] whose heart the Lord opened, that she attended unto the things which were spoken of Paul.

16:14. There was a woman there named Lydia from the city of Thyatira. Her job was selling purple cloth. She was a worshiper of the true God. Lydia was listening to Paul, and the Lord opened her heart to accept what Paul was saying.
