26:10. അതു ഞാൻ യെരൂശലേമിൽ ചെയ്തിട്ടുമുണ്ടു; മഹാ പുരോഹിതന്മാരോടു അധികാരപത്രം വാങ്ങി വിശുദ്ധന്മാരിൽ പലരെയും തടവിൽ ആക്കി അടെച്ചു; അവരെ നിഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന സമയം ഞാനും സമ്മതം കൊടുത്തു.

26:10. And that is what I did in Jerusalem: Not only did I lock up many of the saints in prisons by the authority I received from the chief priests, but I also cast my vote against them when they were sentenced to death.

26:10. Indeed, I did just that in Jerusalem. Authorized by the leading priests, I caused many believers there to be sent to prison. And I cast my vote against them when they were condemned to death.

26:10. And this I also did in Jerusalem: and I both shut up many of the saints in prisons, having received authority from the chief priests, and when they were put to death I gave my vote against them.

26:10. And I did so in Jerusalem. I not only locked up many of the saints in prison after receiving authority from the chief priests, but when they were put to death I cast my vote against them.

26:10. Which thing I also did in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against [them. ]

26:10. And that's what I did, beginning in Jerusalem. The leading priests gave me the authority to put many of God's people in jail. And when they were being killed, I agreed that it was a good thing.
