12:8. പ്രബോധനത്തിൽ, ദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ ഏകാഗ്രതയോടെ, ഭരിക്കുന്നവൻ ഉത്സാഹത്തോടെ, കരുണചെയ്യുന്നവൻ പ്രസന്നതയോടെ ആകട്ടെ.

12:8. if it is exhortation, he must exhort; if it is contributing, he must do so with sincerity; if it is leadership, he must do so with diligence; if it is showing mercy, he must do so with cheerfulness.

12:8. If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly.

12:8. Whoever has the gift of comforting others should do that. Whoever has the gift of giving to help others should give generously. Whoever has the gift of leading should work hard at it. Whoever has the gift of showing kindness to others should do it gladly.
