5:12. അതുകൊണ്ടു ഏകമനുഷ്യനാൽ പാപവും പാപത്താൽ മരണവും ലോകത്തിൽ കടന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ എല്ലാവരും പാപം ചെയ്കയാൽ മരണം സകലമനുഷ്യരിലും പരന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.

5:12. So then, just as sin entered the world through one man and death through sin, and so death spread to all people because all sinned—

5:12. When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam's sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned.
