9:16. അതുകൊണ്ടു ഇച്ഛിക്കുന്നവനാലുമല്ല, ഓടുന്നവനാലുമല്ല, കരുണ തോന്നുന്ന ദൈവത്താലത്രേ സകലവും സാധിക്കുന്നതു.

9:16. So then, it does not depend on human desire or exertion, but on God who shows mercy.
