24:7. ആരെങ്കിലും തന്റെ സഹോദരന്മാരായ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളിൽ ഒരുത്തനെ മോഷ്ടിച്ചു അവനോടു കാഠിന്യം പ്രവർത്തിക്കയോ അവനെ വിലെക്കു വിൽക്കയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതു കണ്ടാൽ മോഷ്ടാവു മരണശിക്ഷ അനുഭവിക്കേണം. ഇങ്ങനെ നിങ്ങളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്നു ദോഷം നീക്കിക്കളയേണം.

24:7. If a man is found kidnapping a person from among his fellow Israelites, and regards him as mere property and sells him, that kidnapper must die. In this way you will purge evil from among you.
