29:17. ആ ജാതികളുടെ ദേവന്മാരെ ചെന്നു സേവിക്കേണ്ടതിന്നു ഇന്നു നമ്മുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവയെ വിട്ടുമാറുവാൻ മനസ്സുള്ള യാതൊരു പുരുഷനും സ്ത്രീയും യാതൊരു കുലവും ഗോത്രവും നിങ്ങളിൽ ഉണ്ടാകരുതു; നഞ്ചും കൈപ്പുമുള്ള ഫലം കായക്കുന്ന യാതൊരുവേരും അരുതു.
