5:8. വിഗ്രഹം ഉണ്ടാക്കരുതു; മീതെ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ എങ്കിലും താഴെ ഭൂമിയിൽ എങ്കിലും ഭൂമിക്കു കിഴെ വെള്ളത്തിൽ എങ്കിലും ഉള്ള യാതൊന്നിന്റെയും പ്രതിമ അരുതു.

5:8. You must not make for yourself an image of anything in heaven above, on earth below, or in the waters beneath.

5:8. "You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind, or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth or in the sea.

5:8. Thou shalt not make unto thee a graven image, nor any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:

5:8. "'You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

5:8. Thou shalt not make thee [any] graven image, [or] any likeness [of any thing] that [is] in heaven above, or that [is] in the earth beneath, or that [is] in the waters beneath the earth:
