9:2. വലിപ്പവും പൊക്കവുമുള്ള അനാക്യരെന്ന ജാതിയെയും അടക്കുവാൻ പോകുന്നു; നീ അവരെ അറിയുന്നുവല്ലോ; അനാക്യരുടെ മുമ്പാകെ നിൽക്കാകുന്നവൻ ആർ എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ള ചൊല്ലു നീ കേട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

9:2. They include the Anakites, a numerous and tall people whom you know about and of whom it is said, "Who is able to resist the Anakites?"

9:2. The people are strong and tall-- descendants of the famous Anakite giants. You've heard the saying, 'Who can stand up to the Anakites?'
