1:24. ഇപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള കഷ്ടാനുഭവങ്ങളിൽ സന്തോഷിച്ചു ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെ കഷ്ടങ്ങളിൽ കുറവായുള്ളതു എന്റെ ജഡത്തിൽ സഭയായ അവന്റെ ശരീരത്തിന്നുവേണ്ടി പൂരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

1:24. Now I rejoice in my sufferings for you, and I fill up in my physical body— for the sake of his body, the church— what is lacking in the sufferings of Christ.

1:24. I am glad when I suffer for you in my body, for I am participating in the sufferings of Christ that continue for his body, the church.
