1:11. സൂര്യൻ ഉഷ്ണക്കാറ്റോടെ ഉദിച്ചിട്ടു പുല്ലു ഉണങ്ങി പൂവുതിർന്നു അതിന്റെ രൂപഭംഗി കെട്ടുപോകുന്നു. അതുപോലെ ധനവാനും തന്റെ പ്രയത്നങ്ങളിൽ വാടിപോകും.

1:11. For the sun rises with its heat and dries up the meadow; the petal of the flower falls off and its beauty is lost forever. So also the rich person in the midst of his pursuits will wither away.

1:11. The hot sun rises and the grass withers; the little flower droops and falls, and its beauty fades away. In the same way, the rich will fade away with all of their achievements.
