1:16. മോശെയുടെ അളിയനായ കേന്യന്റെ മക്കൾ യെഹൂദാമക്കളോടുകൂടെ ഈന്തപ്പട്ടണത്തിൽനിന്നു അരാദിന്നു തെക്കുള്ള യെഹൂദാ മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്കു പോയി; അവർ ചെന്നു ജനത്തോടുകൂടെ പാർത്തു.

1:16. Now the descendants of the Kenite, Moses' father-in-law, went up with the people of Judah from the City of Date Palm Trees to Arad in the desert of Judah, located in the Negev. They went and lived with the people of Judah.

1:16. When the tribe of Judah left Jericho-- the city of palms-- the Kenites, who were descendants of Moses' father-in-law, traveled with them into the wilderness of Judah. They settled among the people there, near the town of Arad in the Negev.

1:16. And the children of the Kenite, Moses brother-in-law, went up out of the city of palm-trees with the children of Judah into the wilderness of Judah, which is in the south of Arad; and they went and dwelt with the people.

1:16. And the descendants of the Kenite, Moses' father-in-law, went up with the people of Judah from the city of palms into the wilderness of Judah, which lies in the Negeb near Arad, and they went and settled with the people.

1:16. And the children of the Kenite, Moses’ father in law, went up out of the city of palm trees with the children of Judah into the wilderness of Judah, which [lieth] in the south of Arad; and they went and dwelt among the people.

1:16. And the descendants of the Kenite, Moses' father-in-law, went up with the people of Judah from the city of palms into the wilderness of Judah, which lies in the Negeb near Arad; and they went and settled with the people.

1:16. And the children of the Kenite, Moses- brother in law, went up out of the city of palm trees with the children of Judah into the wilderness of Judah, which is in the south of Arad; and they went and dwelt with the people.

1:16. And the sons of the Kenite, father-in-law of Moses, have gone up out of the city of palms with the sons of Judah [to] the wilderness of Judah, which [is] in the south of Arad, and they go and dwell with the people.

1:16. The Kenites left the City of Palm Trees (Jericho) and went with the men of Judah. They went to the Desert of Judah to live with the people there. This was in the Negev near the city Arad. (The Kenites were from the family of Moses' father-in-law.)

1:16. The children of the Kenite, Moses\' brother-in-law, went up out of the city of palm trees with the children of Judah into the wilderness of Judah, which is in the south of Arad; and they went and lived with the people.

1:16. And the children H1121 of the Kenite, H7017 Moses' H4872 father- H2859 in-law , went up H5927 out of the city H4480 H5892 of palm trees H8558 with H854 the children H1121 of Judah H3063 into the wilderness H4480 H4057 of Judah, H3063 which H834 [lieth] in the south H5045 of Arad; H6166 and they went H1980 and dwelt H3427 among H854 the people.
