8:23. ഗിദെയോൻ അവരോടു: ഞാൻ നിങ്ങൾക്കു രാജാവാകയില്ല; എന്റെ മകനും ആകയില്ല; യഹോവയത്രേ നിങ്ങളുടെ രാജാവു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.

8:23. Gideon said to them, "I will not rule over you, nor will my son rule over you. The LORD will rule over you."

8:23. But Gideon replied, "I will not rule over you, nor will my son. The LORD will rule over you!

8:23. And Gideon said unto them, I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you: Jehovah shall rule over you.
