38:2. അവിടെ ശൂവാ എന്നു പേരുള്ള ഒരു കനാന്യന്റെ മകളെ കണ്ടു; അവളെ പരിഗ്രഹിച്ചു അവളുടെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു.

38:2. There Judah saw the daughter of a Canaanite man named Shua. Judah acquired her as a wife and had marital relations with her.

38:2. There he saw a Canaanite woman, the daughter of Shua, and he married her. When he slept with her,

38:2. And Judah saw there a daughter of a certain Canaanite whose name was Shua. And he took her, and went in unto her.

38:2. Judah met a Canaanite girl there and married her. The girl's father was named Shua.
