4:20. യെരൂശലേമിൽ ബലവാന്മാരായ രാജാക്കന്മാർ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു; അവർ നദിക്കു അക്കരെയുള്ള നാടൊക്കെയും വാണു കരവും നികുതിയും ചുങ്കവും വാങ്ങിവന്നു എന്നും കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

4:20. Powerful kings have been over Jerusalem who ruled throughout the entire Trans-Euphrates and who were the beneficiaries of tribute, custom, and toll.
